Echoes of the Self: A 5-Week Sound Bath Series
This is for a drop in session for Week 1 only*
A sound bath is never just one thing. It can be a gateway to mindfulness, a meditative journey, a tool for deep relaxation, or even a portal into altered states of consciousness. The beauty of sound healing is that no two people experience it the same way—and even for the same person, each session can feel completely different.
Echoes of the Self is a 5-week exploration of the many ways we can engage with sound. Each session will offer a new lens through which to experience a sound bath—whether by listening with deep focus, using sound as a tool for transformation, or surrendering completely to its vibrations. Through this journey, you’ll begin to notice how sound not only surrounds you but reflects back to you different aspects of yourself.
Each week, we’ll explore a different way of receiving and experiencing sound:
✨ Week 1: Mindfulness – A fully guided experience using sound as an anchor for presence, orientation, and creating safety in the body.
Week 1: Mindfulness Sound Bath
This session is designed to ground you in the present moment through mindfulness-based guidance and sound. Using gentle verbal cues, you’ll be guided to tune into your body, breath, and surroundings, using sound as an anchor for awareness. This practice helps create a sense of safety, connection, and embodiment—ideal for those who struggle with overthinking, anxiety, or feeling disconnected from themselves.

- Bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask, etc, anything you need to be comfy laying down for an hour.

Each week is designed to explore a different way of engaging with sound, and together, they create a powerful journey of self-discovery and transformation. By experiencing all five sessions, you’ll gain a richer understanding of how sound can support you in different ways—whether through mindfulness, meditation, hypnosis, deep listening, or pure surrender.
