Experience the gentle fusion of an immersive sound bath and weightless relaxation in our Suspended in Sound class. During this sound bath experience, you'll be suspended in our aerial hammocks and guided to deeply relax and release stress and tension. No experience necessary; simply float through the evening, unwind and let the gentle resonance of the crystal singing bowls support your well-being in this unique aerial sound sanctuary.

**This date has TWO different class times available - 6:45-7:45 or 8:00 - 9:00.

This Class is held at the Wellness Institute, located at Seven Oaks General Hospital and is open to both their members and the community.

Other Important Info:

• Parking is available in the member parking lot.  If the parking arm happens to be done please buzz at the gate and the Front desk will let you in.

• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class.  We will meet at the Front desk.

• Please bring a light blanket and dress in comfortable workout wear ( long sleeved shirts and pants are recommended)

• No shoes are required for this class and please do not wear any jewelry to class
