Experience the gentle fusion of an immersive sound bath and weightless relaxation in our Suspended in Sound class. During this sound bath experience, you'll be suspended in our aerial hammocks and guided to deeply relax and release stress and tension. No experience necessary; simply float through the evening, unwind and let the gentle resonance of the crystal singing bowls support your well-being in this unique aerial sound sanctuary.

This Class is held at the Wellness Institute, located at Seven Oaks General Hospital and is open to both their members and the community.

Important: To register for this class, If you are not a member of the Wellness you will need to first complete a Guest account if you are not a member of the Wellness. You can do this online at this link, or call the Wellness Front Desk – 204-632-3914 Ext 0.

Once you’ve created a guest account, you can register for the class by:
1. Logging in at this link
2. Click on Courses/Event Schedule under “Upcoming Courses and Events”
3. Select the month and scroll to the correct date
4. Click Suspended in Sound to register

Other Important Info:

• Parking is available in our member parking lot.  If the parking arm happens to be done please buzz at the gate and the Front desk will let you in.

• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class.  We will meet at the Front desk.

• Please bring a light blanket and dress in comfortable workout wear ( long sleeved shirts and pants are recommended)

• No shoes are required for this class and please do not wear any jewelry to class

» This class is safe for pregnant people! You will be guided safely in and out of the hammock and arranged in a pose that is comfortable for you
